工業及科技產業不斷進步的同時,伴隨而來的是環境破壞。直到近年環保意識抬頭,人們開始認知環境保護及維持的重要,也隨著相關團體努力推動下,零廢棄這個議題開始萌牙。
餐廳致力傳達「工業開發的同時,與自然環境和平共存」。本次設計是以材料的選擇作為開端,將工業廢棄材料如:鋼筋、H型鋼和因陽明山硫磺所造成的鏽鐵加以利用,再將自然元素帶入空間。“廢棄材料”與“自然植被”的創意糅合,將工業與自然巧妙的帶入空間。
The zero waste approach aims to promote green lifestyles and minimize the amount of waste produces. Clean air and water are vital to the environment and rapid industrialization doesn’t have to put more pressure on the environment. The design concept originated with materials.
Industrial waste such as reinforcing steel, H -beams, and iron rusted by sulfur dioxide fumes are incorporated. Natural elements like vines, grass and flowers are also introduced.
The creative combination of “waste materials” and “plantation walls” symbolize the idea : “Maximize resources to minimize waste”
